Redundancy

A 100% uptime rate is achieved by thorough planning, cutting edge software and redundant hardware.

All servers are virtual machines within in a clustered high-availability blade enclosure. Our production servers are clustered across several servers, each containing a replica copy of every component of the application. As changes are made to an order, these changes are replicated immediately to all participating servers in the cluster. This infrastructure ensures 100% reliability, zero downtime, and provides live data backups.

Clustered virtual machines also provide resource load balancing to ensure optimal performance. Storage enclosures are all iSCSI redundant devices providing complete availability to every virtual machine and host. Should a hardware failure occur, real-time replicas could be used to provide immediate uninterrupted service, without the need to restore from a backup or wait for a hardware replacement. Simple configuration changes provide immediate access to the new virtual machine without any loss of data.
