CONCEPT

As a lender, your options for ordering title, appraisal, flood, closing and other loan services are endless. The management of all these options can be overwhelming and unmanageable. vmcSelect is the link between the lender and ALL of their ordering options.

The lender logs in, creates an order, selects a service and assigns it to one of their approved vendors. Follow up is done from the same interface and they can now see all of their outstanding and completed orders, regardless of the service or the vendor.

The lender controls which vendors are approved for their ordering needs, based on service type, state and county. Only those vendors which have been approved will be available to the processor, eliminating guess work and ensuring compliance.

This system was NOT designed to bring together vendors with lenders. We understand that lenders have approval processes for all of their vendor needs and have already established relationships. vmcSelect simply provides a standard interface for the end user, your loan processors, making their jobs easier and their time more productive.
