At Data Search, our experience in the Vendor Management Industry dates back to 1978. During that time we continually evaluate new technology and explore new procedures to better service our clients. With this approach, there are not always defined benefits other than the continued support and strengthening of relationships with our clients.

This system was designed with a specific purpose, to provide the Lender with a tool to better manage ALL of their vendor choices. We believe that it has hit the mark and is simply the best solution on the market today. As a vendor we encourage you to support the use of this system to better service your clients, as Data Search has.

This system is open and our development staff is available to work with each vendor to provide a solution that allows the direct integration with their own processing systems.

Fees associated with the system are based on a transaction basis. When a lender places an order with the vendor for a specific service type, the vendor is charged a transaction fee. They are only charged a single fee per service type. There are no additional fees for additional documentation that the vendor wishes to upload to the site for the benefit of the lender.

We provide a means of communication between the vendor and lender, a documented communication that will assist the lender in future audits, discovery, etc. Using this form of communication allows the lender to have a history of each loan file for future reference.

Much thought has gone into the design of this application from the view of the vendor and we are open to suggestions that would make the user experience a positive one for every vendor that is required to use it.

Once you have been notified by your lender that you must setup your account, we will send you a user name and password to access the site. Your first visit you will be prompted with a "Wizard" that will setup the services, states and counties that you do business. Once that is complete, the lender will able to begin sending orders your way.
