The term “Service” can refer to any product or service that is provided by a vendor, and can include but is not limited to:

Any form of appraisal or appraisal review
Any title related product service
Any flood related product or service
Any closing product or service
Flood Products
Any AVM Product
Alternative Title Products
REO Reports
Analysis and Risk Management services

Services provided by a vendor can be completed in one of two ways, Immediate: Ex. alternative title products and AVM’s that return an immediate response from the vendor, or Deferred: Ex. full appraisals or complete title searches.

As a lender you control what is required of a vendor to do business with your organization (turn around times, pricing, etc.). If our solution saves you money, lowers IT costs, increases productivity, and has a direct impact on your customer service, then using a specific technology should be no different.
