Each of our production and development servers operate within a clustered environment. This provides redundancy should servers ever need to come off-line for maintenance, maintaining 100% availability to our clients and their vendors.
Clustered servers contain a replica copy of each component and changes to orders are replicated immediately. This ensures 100% reliability, zero downtime, and provides live data backups. Should a hardware failure occur, real-time replicas could be used to provide immediate uninterrupted service, without the need to restore from a backup. Simple configuration changes provide immediate access to the new hardware without loss of data.
