InterActData is a development and technology-consulting firm, focusing on the development of custom applications for the lending community. Building relationships, determining needs, and providing solutions is the business model they follow. Committed to the research, evaluation and use of new and emerging technologies, they provide solutions that transcend time. Founded by Benjamin J. Renko III in 2005, vmcSelect was their first development project, a portal based vendor management solution providing a tool for lenders to better manage their vendor options and the services they provide. Currently in development is their e-Closing offering, ImmediaClose, a web based electronic closing application. They design and support many of the internal processing applications used at Data Search.
